Question My 1660 super MSI VENTUS XS OC fans sound like they are scraping on something eventhough there is no obstruction.

My gpu fans only do the noise at a certain fan speed. What can I do?

I recorded the noise, I found out the noise doesnt come from the fans but rather the inside of the GPU. The previous owner changed the thermal pads and the paste and the thermals are good. If the GPU is factory Overclocked is there a way to remove the overclock to make it work like a base version of the 1660 Super?

would you be able to tell me what to exactly turn down?

Click Core Clock and Slide down the circle to -50-100 it will lower the GPU mhz speed and then you pressed tick next to the save picture!

Also if person changed the thermel pads and all that then he could done something to make the fans make noice
