[SOLVED] My 16gb ram shows only 7.86gb ram usable

My 16gb DDR3 ram(2 stickes ) shows only 7.86gb ram usable only.I recently bought a new PC which is causing this problem from previous 2 hours.I bought my pc yesterday then installed windows 10 64bit 1809 version and Upgraded it to 20h2 and it worked fine and I played games like Resident Evil 7 biohazard and today morning also it worked fine but from previous 2 hours it is showing only 7.86gb usable now fow to fix this?I even tried to restore to previous version of windows 10 64bit and it restored but nothing worked

One module could be defective.
Try to boot with only single module installed. Try both modules this way.

Finally I solved my problem by opening all the 2 sticks of ram and cleaning it with a clean eraser and with a clean cloth and then I cleaned the sloths although it was cleaned and then rearranged them in the slots and it worked
