Solution
several suggestions to make.

1.) dont get a "k" model cpu if you arent overclocking, it is the exact same cpu as the non k model but $20 more expensive

2.) since you arent overclocking you dont need a Z87 mobo and could probably get an H or B 87 mobo for less money since it wont have all the overclocking features that you wont use anyway

3.) is your ram 2 4gb sticks or 1 8gb stick? 2x4gb is better

4.) The CX series dont have the best reputation, most other corsair models are good or look to Seasonic or XFX for quality psus

5.) Sli/ Xfire is a bad idea unless you are buying one now and upgrading down the road. for the price of 2 770s get a 780 ti http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1064?vs=1072

As for wattage on the psu if you...
OMG Sli is not such a good idea. 3/4 of the games dont support it Its a PAin in the ASSm. The 770 is also better than AMD and you should get a 780 if you plan on setting up SL. The 780 also draws less power than 2 770s i think so you can get a 600 Watt PSU. The CX series is also not a good idea for an sli build because you will need a fairly high 12V rail to make sure that your capacitors dont BOOM BOOM which will break your system

If you are positive you are not going to overclock, you probably don't need to spend the extra money on the "k" version of the 4670. I would also suggest along with Spartan that you get a 780 instead of SLI'ing the two 770s. Also, I am a fan of Nvidia, so I suggest the GTX. But, AMD does have good stuff too so it comes down to personal preference. Also make sure you get a suitable PSU as well.

However, if you are set on SLI or Crossfire make sure that you get the right mobo that supports your cards. I believe that the ASRock 4 is an SLI mobo, so if you do get an AMD card you'll have to change your mobo to one that is Crossfire compatable.
Good Luck!

As for wattage on the psu if you get 1 780 ti a 650 W would be fine or if you want to SLI LATER get an 850 W (since your not going to OC you might be able to get away with a 750 W for sli)
