Hey guys,
i finished shcool and my dad said i can build a pc.
I want u to look my specs and tell me if everything is good 😉
So this r the parts:
CPU: i5 4690 (dont want to OC so i took this and not the K version)
CPU cooler: CM hyper 212 evo (a lot of guys use it, low price, good prefomance)
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-z97x gaming 3 (ik i dont need a z97 bcs i dont have the K version of the cpu but this mobo has some good sutff....)
RAM: Kingston Hyperx, 8 GB (2x4), 1866Mhz (ddr3)
SSD: Kingston HyperX 3k, 120 GB (low price where i live and i think every gaming pc should have 1 ssd)
HHD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB (lot of guys use it, low price)
CASE: Corsair Carbide SPEC-03 red (good looking 😀 )
PSU:Corsair CX 600W (now for those who will tell me this is poor for my gpu, thats not true bcs i saw people running 280s or 290s crossfire on a 600 or 700 watt psu so this should be good)
GPU: R9 390 NITRO Tri-X OC from SAPPHIRE (little better than 970 and it costs less than 970 here where i live)

if u would change something tell me, also tell me if everything fits (cooler in case....), and could i get more than 60 fps in FPS (lel) games (bf4, fry cry4, crysis 3...)
ty for ur time :wahoo:

Don't download a fake version of Windows, just don't. It's illegal and won't work well anyway. Windows 10 is coming out of the 29th of July so just get an old Windows 7 disk and put it on your PC and then upgrade when Windows 10 comes out for free.

Exactly, also have you looked at the case I'm getting? Trust me the case you're getting isn't that good. You could buy such a better case and not have to go what I've gone through. When I first got this PC a couple of years ago I bought a really cheap £30 case and I relized it is terrible a while ago.

The new case I'm getting has 4 UBS ports on the top, is Razer themed (I'm a big fan!), has 4 fans, has cable management, has a PSU compartment, has a tinted window, has lighting, has rubber feet, all metal, looks great.

Hi there! 😀

Just a few suggestions and advice:
*So you are not going to overclock your system, Ok, getting a non-"k" CPU is of course recommended. If you are planning to use it only on gaming and other stuff that is not "heavier" than gaming, I suggest use i5-4590, it will save you money 😀
*Aside from, downgrading your CPU a little bit, using an aftermarket cooler is OPTIONAL, stock cooler works fine in cooling your CPU (Remember, Intel will not put anything on the box that is totally unusable.) But of course don't expect much performance from it since it was made only for adequate cooling. If you want an increased performance from stock cooling, get an aftermarket thermal paste. It will save you more than getting an aftermarket cooler.
*Another thing for not overclocking. Get a H97 motherboard instead of Z97 motherboards, because you can't get the maximum performance from it if your not going to overclock your system. so I suggest get a H97 motherboard, it's the best options for non-overclockers.
*Get a 1600-MHz RAM instead of 1866-MHz because it will not be recognized as 1866-MHz if you are using stock performance.
*120GB SSD, ok no problem as long as you don't plan to install everything on it.
*HDD, Ok 1TB is enough.
*Case, I suggest Corsair Carbide 200R than SPEC-03.
*GPU, ok no problem if you want that instead of GTX 970 as long as it works fine for the games you are planning to play. Just one thing, it uses a lot of power than NVIDIA graphics card.

And Lastly, Good Luck on your build.
Hope this helps! 😀

The changes that i will are that i will take 4690k so i can TRY OC it, i will take a gtx 970 from gigabyte a g1 version, and i would take a NZXT S340 case bcs i dont have money for a H440 (tell me if NZXT S340 is better than my old case)

Yes that's a much better case, it has tones of space and features. Well done for selecting a good case, NZXT are brilliant for cases.

you are really writing this with your face aren't you?
