My 2 options

I need to know what pc i will get most fps from to my new gaming budget pc.
I'm new at building so im not sure its working together.
First build:
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
PSU: Corsair CX 500W
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB
Hardrive:Seagate® Desktop SSHD 1TB

Second build:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K
Motherboard: MSI B85M-E45,
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
PSU: Corsair CX 500W
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB
Hardrive: Seagate® Desktop SSHD 1TB

Its for fps games, the quality is not the most importan but the fps is.

Btw i will be using windows 7 64bit. 60-70 hz monitor.

The PSUs are bad. You want a quality unit. Go with Antec, XFX, Seasonic.

The bottom build has a K series CPU with a non-overclocking motherboard.

I recommend getting an XFX550 PSU, an i5 4460, and an h97 board. That is your best bet.

Do you know any good european sites i can buy from so i can find them, they are not on the site i use. + that can ship to Denmark.
