My 2013 PC outdated by 2015?

I noticed a game called Star Citizen was in early Alpha and was said to be released around 2 years from now. I have an i5 4570 @ 3.2ghz and a GTX 760 2gb. I have an ASUS Z87-C Motherboard and 8gb of ram. I will definitely upgrade to 16gb of RAM and SLI 760's and then whatever the 800 or 900 series card is the best. My question is that I am worried I will have to make a new build to run these upcoming games at high settings. Is my CPU going to be obsolete for this game? If I do have to build a new PC, what is the price range for a high end system to run this upcoming game? 2 years from now, I hope to have enough to massively upgrade or build a new PC for around 2000. -thanks

wait for it to released. no point on spending money on something that will over out in 2015.
