My 2070 windbreaker doesn't connect to hdmi

The 2070 isn't recognizing the hdmi as a monitor so the computer isn't using it as the graphics card how would I get it to recognize it?

Can you be a bit more specific? That's not real clear what it's doing

I don't really know what's going on with it if I plug the hdmi cable to the motherboard it works but not with the 2070 if there's anything else I can provide to help let me know

That means it's not detected in the Pci slot as that would disable the onboard. Reseat the card, and make sure all power connections are connected

I just tried that with no results any other fixes?
