[SOLVED] MY 2700x won't run at speed I put in bios.

I have a 2700x and a Asus Crosshair 6 hero, and I had put the cpu speed to 4.250ghz but both cpu Z and HWinfo64 say my speed is actually at 4.240ghz.

Is this just normal?

yes I am using that cpu and it is very normal
