Question My 3200MHz RAM won't work up to that speed. Only 2400MHz

Soo I bought a new pair of 2x16 Kingston Fury DDR4 3200MHz CL16-20-20 and they only work up to 2400MHz. I have tried enabling the XMP profiles but they downgrade them even further lower than 2000. I tried playing with the settings and whatever I set there doesn't work, the PC only starts but I get no signal to my monitor. I need help please.

CPU: RYZEN 7 5700G 3801MHz 8 CORE 16 THREADS
Motherboard: HP Hana 8876

You have an HP Omen 30L prebuilt? Check and see if your BIOS for the motherboard is pending any updates. Once verified to be on the latest BIOS, try and enable X.M.P in BIOS.

The motherboard don't support XMP, only JEDEC. 2400MT/s is the highest JEDEC profile of the RAM. If you want RAM to run @3200, you have to buy RAM with a JEDEC 3200 profile.

the board is locked to 1.2v it cant get to 1.35v. return the sticks if you can
