Question My 3TB HD is saying it's only 238GB!

All of a sudden my 3TB disk is showing as 238.35 GB in properties and now exactly matches the size of my SSD (Samsung 950 PRO 256GB M.2-2280) that I have my OS on... I'm not sure if I lost any files since I didn't have much on there yet. I have no idea how this happened or what I was doing at the time it happened. Has anybody else seen this? What tools should I run to see what the problem is?

Can you list all your ssd/hdd make and model?

Disconnect ALL drives except the OS drive and this WD 3TB.
Also, post a screencap of the output of diskpart and the list disk function.
