My account proper was lost to me upon email change...

This is a stand in account untile I can get this resolved. The problem is I don't know who do talk to about this.

Basically, I changed my email address. I checked my new email address and it contained two emails from no_reply@tomshardware.com I clicked the link in the email marked "Please confirm new email address" and I get an error saying something about "incorrect key for changing email."

So I think, o dear, and I click the other email for reactivating my account and it takes me to a page titled "Sorry! The Requested Page was not Found!"(that is the 404 error for THG) with a paragraph or two telling me I don't know what I am doing.
 
Did you resolve your problem. I have the same problem and this is my temp sign in.

I guess you are not supposed to change your e-mail address 🙁
 
Yes, it got fixed manually and haven't had any problems since.

I would be surprised if this is still an issue.
Try following the instructions in this thread, if you already haven't.
