[SOLVED] My Alienware laptop keeps crashing when idle... UNCORRECTABLE WHEA ERROR

Hello im looking for help, i own this computer since like 2016 and its been through some stuff. For about a year now ive been getting these crashes whenever i dont use the computer, weird.
i was in a service shop in it they changed the thermal paste and it didnt do much with the crashes. still crashing. i can play games for hours or just use the internet and it wont crash, i can leave a game on and it wont crash but wshen there is nothing running or no user input it crashes... please help me at the service shop they said its probably dying and will need to be replaced soon
these are the hardware info

Solution
You don't have to delete error files, only if you want to. Do you have a wireless lan/wifi? Check to see if the driver needs updating. Also download Intel's driver utility (Intel Driver & Support Assistant) and run it to check for updates and support it may offer. Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
Go to control panel, system & security, system, advanced system settings and set computer to run for best performance, and also let it run the page file system. All under the advanced tabs. See if any of this helps.
Since your computer shuts down when not in use, perhaps the cpu, gpu temps climb too high and the computer shuts itself down. Use a monitoring program like cpuid hwinfo. Let the computer sit while you monitor the system temps to see if something is overheating. Also check under computer management, event viewer, critical errors for any clues as to why the computer is shutting down.

i looked at the errors and here is what i saw should i delete the error files?
last 7 days 256 errors
most had a source> Qcamain10x64 with 66 last 7 days
then > Bonjour service with 64 last 7 days
volmgr> 20 last 7 days
Kernel-EventTr.. > 33 last 7 days

the bonjour was a application and when i deleted it it had t oclose nvidia overlay witch is weird so it was mabye mining crypto from my gpu????? xd

my wifi adapter in my laptop doesnt work so i use ethernet witch works nice, but i also use this usb wifi thing... i downloaded a update from the site you sent me and we will see
i allready got 2 crashes today, but before i downloaded the update
its allready set for the best berformance so that wouldnt be it...
