i have amd vega 11 graphics ( https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/SpeedTest/854583/AMD-RadeonTM-Vega-11-Graphics not the vega 11 graphics from the ryzen apu) and i recently reset my laptop, doing so, in windows update it was downloading drivers and updates, and i saw the vega 11 driver update, and my amd a9-9420e gpu updating ( radeon r5 graphics ) it finished the r5 graphics, but it said an error occoured as soon as it finished the r5 graphics. it said "restart your computer" and so i did, and POOF, no vega 11, just gone. its not in device manager, its not in bios, its not any where. so the first thing that came into mind was download the drivers off the amd website, the will have it for sure, nope. if anyone has a solution for this or knows how to fix this, it would help a-lot. thanks in advance! :)

Solution
lga1156-ftw is correct, for laptop drivers you should only get them from the laptop manufacturer's website.

Same applies to prebuilt desktop computers from the likes of HP, Dell, Acer etc.
Those benchmarks hurts my eyes, but to answer your question, if you have laptop always download vga drivers from laptop manufactor site, go to Acer site and enter your serial or SNID. Download the video / vga drivers.

Then download DDu (display driver uninstaller), boot into safe mode (google is your friend how) and run DDU in safe mode then select GPU from drop down menu and AMD, then do (Recommended clean), wait until it finisishes, it will restarts automatically. Boot into windows (normal) and install the Vga drivers you got from acer site earlier. restart if needed after installation and voila
