My ASUS wireless n13 USB netowork card keeps disconnecting me from the internet.

when i am playing games such as CSGO or CS 1.6 i will get insane packet loss and i will disconnect from the server unless i unplug and replug my network card. If i am in skype i wont be able to hear anyone as i get complete and utter packet loss, i cant do anything at that point. I have ipv6 disabled so i need to know how i can fix this because its kind of annoying that this is happening most of the time

Try disabling your firewall temporarily when you play the games and see if it still disconnects you. Turn it back on when you are finished playing and try adding an exception to the firewall for that game.

so far after 15 minutes of playing its fine but i will test later today and let you know if it works

These are a few things you can try to determine what could be causing this:

Could be your antivirus restricting connections, temporarily disable it, play the game and see if it made any difference

Could be your network connection, open a cmd and type these in
Ipconfig /release
Ipconfig /renew
Ipconfig /flushdns

have tried all of these before and they did not work sadly, really wish i knew what was affecting this

The only way to tell if your network card may need replacing, is if the connection problem is also constant when doing things like web browsing, or watch youtube videos.
