My Audio jacks aren't working(MSI Z97 Gaming 5)

okay. I built a PC with my uncle because I don't know how to build one myself. A couple months later i got headphones(Creative Fatal1ty I/O Headset)and please let me emphasize that these are NOT the USB versions, they are Input/Output with a green and red jack(Not calling you guys dumb, i just have too many confuesed people) Anyways, I plugged into my front ports of my case(Rosewill Redbone U3) and they make a nasty static noise for everything including microphone input and audio output to my headset. I plugged my Headset into the back ports of my motherboard and they dont mak a terrible noise, but they're mute, mate! They are so quiet and the microphone quality is so bad (although in the video it may sound fixed, which it is after downloading drivers) My speakers in the video are playing foy you guys, but I never fail to exclaim when I don't hear it so please don't coment that it's working because it may be for you, but not for my headphones. The only time I get feedback is in 7.1 mode. all other sound muted. Did you connect the front of the case to the right header on the mobo?

I would also check that the audio is on HD in the BIOS.

Im not using the front one's so that really isnt that important to me but hanks anyways, i might try that later. As for the BIOS thing, I will try.
