Question My Benq sw240 has no video or OSD

My Benq Sw240 is being picked up by the pc but there is no video or OSD only backlight.
Any help would be appreciated.

Was it working before?
try different pc? cable?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

@rgd1101 it was working before and I dont believe its a system issue as the OSD does not show and that's monitor side but the systems i7 5930k, x99 designare, gtx 1060 rog strix, psu is corsair RM750.

Try a different cable then. Otherwise might have to contact their support directly to figure out what's the problem.
