[SOLVED] My bios are static and I can't change them!!!

I bought a pre built acer aspire 281 computer 3 years ago and a for the first time yesterday I noticed that my bios are locked. Meaning I have no problem axcessing them but I can not change them. I have no idea what motherboard I have in that computer cause there are nothing written and I have no clue how to update bios. I really want to overclock my cpu.

Could it be that the bios is password protected ?

OEM boards have very limited/locked bioses and overclocking is a very rare option on OEM boards.
