Question My BIOS wont let me dual boot

I own an Acer Predator Helios 300 series laptop, I am trying to dual boot Elementary OS on pre allocated space on my hard drive...
I used Rufus to make a bootable USB with the downloaded linux ISO but when I try to boot in the BIOS the USB doesnt show up and it gives me this:

Doesn't sound like it was formatted correctly. Rufus usually works for me on Windows machine but I prefer to use https://github.com/slacka/WoeUSB on Linux. Works every time.

115MPH, yea i managed to fix the issue. I used a newer USB with faster read and write speads on my 3.0 port and it seemed to format the USB correctly.
