My bluetooth is not turning on which driver s missing in windows7

Hello,
i am using dell vostro 500 laptop. os is windows7 ultimate. when i turn on bluetooth, corresponding light is not glowing and not working . which driver is missing in my lap ? what driver i have to use/ kindly help me anyone. plz

Are you sure that the laptop even has BT? Sometimes they do not come stock, as you would have had to select that you wanted BT on Dell's website (if that is how you ordered it). If it has BT and this just started happening, try re-installing the BT driver via Dell's support site:
