[SOLVED] My Brand New Gaming Rig Keeps Freezing. Please Help.

PC Specs:
Motherboard: ASRock x570 Phantom Gaming 4 Wifi AX
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
Video Card: Gigabyte RX 5700 XT Gaming OC
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16gb (2x8gb) DDR4 3200mhz
Power Supply: Seasonic Focus Plus Series 750W 80+ Gold
Storage: Crucial P1 1TB M.2 Nvme SSD
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

I just built my new gaming rig and it keeps freezing, it's completely random it froze when i was just on my desktop with nothing open, it froze while in a game, and it froze while just on Chrome. It's not overheating i keep a constant eye on temps. Windows is up to date. I have all appropriate drivers installed, including GPU. BIOS is up to date as well. I've been researching for the past couple of days trying different things and can't find a solution. I've adjusted my power settings in windows, I tried reinstalling windows, I just can't figure it out. It will freeze and restart automatically. Please help.

Windows 10 is a mess...

Yes I already tried that.
If it helps, in the event log every time i get the freeze i seem to have the same 2 errors:
1: Event ID: 161 volmgr
2: Event ID 1001 Bugcheck

Checked your rig config, you are using 3200mhz memory sticks and cpu support maximum 2900mhz.
Get a 2666mhz cheap memory stick to test or if you can get from a friend.

I disabled XMP which made the ram run at 2133 instead of 3200 it didn't help it still froze.

Okay, uninstall all programs and restart, go to Bios setting and load setup defaults.

I've actually already tried that and it didn't do anything.

Hmmm, let's do it another way, remove the GPU and try only one stick.

I haven't I was trying to avoid it actually lol but if I have to I will.

We are just trying to stop the crash at this point, not saying that's how it has to be forever. Most RAM comes with a lifetime warranty.
