My build: PSU and OEM Qs

Wanted some other opinions on this build, if the OEM cpu is over clockable, and if I can get away with a lower PSU, since I've read that the new GPUs take much less power than before.

Why are you buying a slowed down cpu? No you can't overclock it only the k suffix Intel processors can be overclocked. For $2 more you can at least get a regular 8700 which is a good bit faster.
