My C drive is full even though I have deleted programs

I have deleted files from my C drive. It is still full. I have only 3% free space.

Empty the recycle bin.


Then right-click the recycle bin, choose Properties.
Set the % of drive to reserve for recycle bin to a size you might actually use.
The default is 10% but on a large drive, that is excessive.
