Hello,
I got a new pc (everything I bought was separate) and the only things that were old was my graphics hard, 1 tb hardrive, and my 1 tb ssd

So, I wanted to do a brand new Windows 10 restart but I can't because when I go into my windows 10 media Instal (via usb) it would freeze. Like, I would skip putting the authorization key (if I put my key in it wouldn't make a difference). Choose my windows 10, format my hard drive and then after the windows 10 files are done being copied from the usb, my computer would freeze. The percentage would get at around 10%, 20% if I'm lucky. But the thing is my pc would freeze during the process and I can't move my mouse or anything. The only action I have is to turn off my computer and turn it on again.

Please help!!

Specs: I9 intel
Nvidia GeForce 1060 6gb
Hx750i corsair psu,
Meg 7390 ace msi.
2x 8 gb corsair ram sticks

Solution
Once its on computer, its running off your boot drive. were both drives in PC when you installed?
How old is the installer?
Do you have newest BIOS on motherboard?

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.
