My computer bluescreens while booting up...

My computer bluescreens while booting up sometimes. So far, it only happens when I wake my monitor mid-boot or when I wake my monitor while the PC is sleeping. This has only been happening since I got my graphics card (sapphire radeon hd 6670). Here is the error code:

im gonna need u to upload the minidump file here , also make sure nothing is pressin on the 6670 and that its not in a bad angle and that it is in the designated PCI-E slot
