I have an fx 8350 clocked at 4.5ghz, 8gb Kinston ram, and a gtx 1060 6gb edition. I'm having a lot of trouble running games like rust, on even the lowest settings. I'm trying to stream StarWars the old republic, but It dips down to about 7-9 fps. What the heck, I know this build is much stronger than that. I'm streaming 720p @30fps and it just drops my pc performance immensely. Please, and help would be appreciated. I'll add some cpu-z screenshots.

Let me get this straight, as I'm not certain I understand your issue. You're saying, you can't play the games at all, or that you can't play the games and stream them to a video service online at the same time?

If you're trying to play and stream at the same time, I'm going to assume your system is way underpowered, unless using a hardware encoding scheme for the streaming.

High end Core i7's have trouble with streaming games online, and they have a lot more horsepower than any overclocked 8x FX series processor does.

That's fair. I also can barely scratch running games on low sadly.
