My computer didnt post even resetting the bios

Ram:sanite 2133mhz 4g
Motherboard: gigabyte ga ab350m gaming 3 rev 1.0
Storage: seagate 500gb + sandisk 120gb
Psu: thermaltake 550w

It cant post i coming back even i resetting the bios and it work normally yesterday.

I tried to start with a ram and it didnt hav beep sound.

This is a cpu or mobo issue?

In order of testing PSU --> RAM (which you did already) --> MoBo.

Yesterday my pc are starting normally, but today cant open it. No display, no beep sound, and no post.
I already tried change psu, and unplug ram stick and still same.
Also i tried to reset cmos and nothing happened
