Question My computer doesn't run my ssd at full speeds anymore.

I just gave my ssd a test on it's maximum read and write speeds and they're right here. (545mbps read/432mbps write)
When I first got this ssd and made it as my boot drive. It worked like a charm(running at it's maximum potential) for the next few months then suddenly. My ssd wasn't running at full speeds anymore. I kept looking at the read and write speeds when I launched a game or other programs and it was running significantly slower (like 95% slower). It's read and write speeds were both under 1mbps most of the time and i've been looking for solutions to fix it and they did nothing good. Could this be a natural problem? What can I do to fix this?

My pc specs are right here https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05389962 (Added 8 gb of ram and 256gb ssd recently)
And my ssd only used 34.3 gb (Installed windows only pretty much) and has 188gb left to use. I even looked for malicious software, malware, and other bad things in my ssd and nothing.
