Question My computer doesn't support Windows 11 - But it is downloading a preview when I entered the beta program, is this normal?

As the title said, I decided to receive previews, but I noticed that my computer is installing "Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22635.2776 (ni_release)". My computer does not support Windows 11 according to the PC health app. Is it actually installing Windows 11, and can it be harmful for my PC if I install Windows 11 while not meeting requirements?

I chose "Beta channel" in the windows insider settings

Okay, but if it somehow succeeds to install Windows 11, would it be unsafe?

It won't physically break anything, but it would probably be unstable.

Well, the insider program can be a bit weird.

I thought it would give me beta versions of Windows 10, not Windows 11

It seems like it is actually installing Windows 11. It opened the install wizard, however I was temporarily able to stop this update. I'll decide tomorrow what i'll do. I'll probably just drop out of the program, since im not a big fan of windows 11 anyways
