Hey everyone, so I've had this problem with no solutions no show for it, I've asked around and the only thing I got was to reinstall windows which isn't something that's possible for me right now.
As you can see in the video, my computer freezes but I'm still able to press a few buttons and click on a couple of things, of course the restart button isn't one so I have to do that manually.

I have no idea what's causing this since there is no info shown in the event viewer.
It also happens randomly, sometimes 5-6 times a day other times just one and I even have days where it doesn't freeze at all.

I also checked task manager to see if something spikes when it happens but that's not the case.

Any help would be immensely appreciated.

Ye they seem to be alright with no problems. Already checked those, sorry I've tried so many things that I forgot to list them all

You might want to export the Application and System logs and upload them to a cloud service with a link to them here. Fresh eyes may see things that you're not...

It's also worth running msinfo32 and doing a File > Save from there so you can upload the .nfo file to a cloud service for others to examine.

Also, look in the folder C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports, this is where Windows writes live dumps when a problem is recovered. Look in all the sub-folders and upload (to a cloud service) and dumps that you find in there.

Can you also post your full system specs, I'm interested mostly in seeing what RAM, CPU, and motherboard you have.
