Hey guys I’m new on pc why is my dram light is on when I restart my pc it won’t turn back on and also I’m trying to play my games but it crash everytime . I try DDU and go to safe mode and dosent let me open the files

CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor
Gpu- Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070
Ram - CORSAIR - VENGEANCE RGB 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 6400MHz C32 UDIMM Desktop Memory - Black

Hello guys I’m having some trouble on my pc I can’t play games Error code 0x887a0005 and crash black ops 6 or battlefield 2042

I try using DDU but won’t open on safe mode

So I don’t have a clue and also when I restart my pc dram light stays on and it won’t turn back on
