Question my computer freezes sometimes on opera. then only hard reset

Hi. I have a new system (ryzen 5 3400G, 8gb ram, and the graphics uses 2gb from ram). Sometimes when I have already opened Opera browser and try to click a site, then the whole pc freezes. No mouse, no keyboard. The only way after that is hard reset. what do you think is the problem that cause it? I am afraid hard reset because it may be harmful for my system. ? thank you in advance!
