Note: Ignore the background noise (fan noise) and my clicking.

The sound occurs when I put the computer under load, for example during computer games or as in the video when I open tabs in Google Chrome, what component could do this sound? Please help!

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-7700K Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100 Liquid CPU
GPU: GEFORCE GTX 1080 GAMING X 8G
PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 650W
Motherboard: PRIME Z270-A
RAM: RAM doesn't make noise

The computer is 3 years old and it has probably been like this for a while now but it has become more noticeable over time.

Solution
Pitch isn't high enough for coil whine, and coil whine only happens at specific frequencies, it gets louder and more piercing as it reaches that particular frequency, then goes away the further you get past it.

Sounds more like bad bearings in a fan, which will give a constant whine like that (coupled with that racket that sounds like a piece of paper hitting the fan blades). Fans do not spin at the same exact rpm, they bounce a little, even with a constant load, but with variables like fan curves reacting to temps at load, you'll get larger ramps in speeds until temps lower, and so do fan speeds.

I'd start by unplugging fans, 1 at a time in succession, plug back in as you go) see if the noise goes away.

Clean the pc, especially...
My assumption would be coil whine, in which case its harmless. Coil whine is basically caused by a part on something like a video card or a power supply vibrating from all the electricity passing through it.

Some parts use more electricity depending on the size of a load which in turn can cause a noticeable shift in the sound

As far as what you can do about it goes, there's a billion threads and videos out there on google of things you can try if you search up "how to reduce coil whine". Some things work for some people, some don't, seems to be hit or miss

But outside of being a audible annoyance its harmless

Here's a example of some high pitched coil whine

Clean the pc, especially the fans, rad and intake filters, don't forget underneath for the psu.

A minor follow-up for you who have helped me troubleshoot.

I have replaced some parts this afternoon and have come to the conclusion that it is not my graphics card, power supply or ram.

What remains is the chassis, the motherboard, the processor and its cooler, will return tonight with a second follow-up.:)
