My computer has weird lattice patterns all over the screen when starting

I turned on my computer and after i logged in to it after startup, there was a green lattice pattern all over my screen for just a moment. I quickly turned off the computer and turn it on again but there was nothing. What is happening? by the way i just built my pc for like just a month ago, didn't expect this to happen

msi gaming x rx 570

Crucial 8gb ram

Corsair cx550m psu

Mobo - msi b350 pc mate

sandisk 120gb ssd

WD 1tb HDD

Well if putting your gpu under load recreates it than it may be problems with the gpu or drivers. If it happens again. See if just powering off then on your monitor fixes it. In which case it's your screen. Now if cycling the monitors power doesn't fix it. Then perhaps making sure the cable your using for video isn't loose could resolve it. Otherwise it would be the graphics card or software related

the pattern just appear for about half a second until it became normal. I restarted the computer anyway. Anyway, i will try checking on t hings u suggested
