[SOLVED] My computer is 100% bottleneck!

I'm having problems with my computer! Every time I turn on my computer, it slows down and sometimes locks the screen. For example, the browser will not be turned on for the first time. I need to click multiple times to open it. And for example when I click on the start button the same thing happens, like when I click to look at for example weather on windows 10 on the start page .... This not only happens when I start the computer but later. Is this maybe because my computer is 100% bottleneck ??


My new (currect) pc specs:

CPU: I5 9400f stock
GPU: RX 550 2GB
MOTHERBOARD: B365M DS3H
RAM: 1x 8gb


These were my old specifications before I rebuilt my computer:
I3 7100
RX 550 2gb
MOTHERBOARD H110M
1x 8 gb

Try installing HD sentinel and crystal mark disk info
You'll find out health of your drive

I dont know manufacturer , ssd is kingston but idk about hdd

Ok , I installed CrystalDiskInfo too and it say Status: Good

When you rebuilt the pc did you reinstall Windows? If no then start with this.

Yes when I rebuild I went from windows 7 to windows 10, everything was fine at first but later it started to bug and stuck...

Did you do the upgrade or a fresh install of Windows 10? It needs to be fresh install.

, it's just that small when I open search on windows 10 toolbar and when I start writing something starts to slow down

I saved some files on one disk that were on windows 7 but some I can't even open now because it was games and folders ........

What cooler are you using? that SSD looks hot to me. What's your CPU temp? This sounds like throttling to me.

CPU cooler is stock intel cooler

CPU TEMP is 46 max and gpu is 46 too .... Its info from gpu-z

Sorry I’m still not clear. Did you format the drive and install Windows 10? Or did the drive already have Windows 7 and you upgraded to 10? With a motherboard change you should do a fresh install of Windows, so format drive and completely install from new.

Yes there was Windows 7 on the disk and I just upgraded to Windows 10, because now it's free ...

Right. So it’s not a clean install and will have registry and driver configuration for the old hardware. Ensure your Windows 10 is linked to your Microsoft account first and then format and reinstall Windows.

Going from 7 series to 9 series might not be the best idea without a reinstall (vs an upgrade), new processor family equals fresh install generally.

Do you think now is the right time to reinstall windows because i ordered rx 580 8gb and new psu! Should I Reinstall When I Replace It or Now?
