[SOLVED] My Computer is making a strange clicking noise

If I can remember this clicking noise has been going on for 2 months now. My computer makes a loud clicking noise roughly once every couple minutes. I dont know where the sound it coming from. I thought it was my HDD because its been jumping to 100% usage lately but, i did a test and read and write speed were fine and it displayed "Good" status. I removed both side panels to hear whats going on and the clicking might have stopped. there are no cables bunched up or interfering with any fans. I need help!
