What are your FULL PC specs?

It says on that test that you are running integrated Intel HD graphics, which will be useless paired with a 7700. You'll never get large performance with HD630 integrated.

This is the pc I build : Im not a professional and probably should have done some more research but i should have the Geforce gtx 1060 6gb. What can I do to fix this?

Well firstly have you ensured you've plugged your monitor into your graphics card and not your motherboard?

Secondly have you ensured that you have the latest video card drivers?
