My Computer is Performing "Way Below Expectations"

I have a fairly decent setup and lately i've been noticing more lag than usual in games and such. I ran a benchmark on userbenchmark.com and these were my results.

It says most of my hardware is running "way below expectations" any ideas on how to fix it? Do I need more ram?

While some more RAM would be useful, I doubt it will help here.

Have you checked the temperatures?
I would also perform a virus check.
Worst case scenario, a complete fresh OS install.
