my computer just came up with a sign warning cpu at 65 then restarted, what does it mean and how can i prevent it

Means your CPU is getting too hot.

Where you gaming or doing something very CPU intensive, or where you just doing general computer use.

Could be that the CPU cooler is not installed correctly (flush and clamped down good) if you were doing general computer use like web browsing.

If you were doing CPU intensive tasks or gaming you may just need a better CPU cooler like the Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo.

Also check to make sure all of your cooling fans are working appropratly.

Your thermal warning is set at that temp. It means it got too hot. First. blow the dust bunnies out with a can of air.
Then seriously consider a good aftermarket cpu cooler. 8350 is a great cpu with a craptastic stock cooler.

Install HWMonitor, or use the program of your choice to monitor cpu temps after you clean the dust out.
You want to be below 60 C, at least, and 50 is better.

Make sure you use a can of air that is made for cleaning computers. Do NOT use any sort of air compressor, the air has too much moisture in it, and too much pressure.
