Question My computer keeps crashing? What should I do?

I was playing xplane today when my computer suddenly crashed. It tried to boot up again but repeatedly crashed. Occasionally it would allow me to sign in but then it would crash again. PLEASE HELP.

Your specs are pretty vague. What is the model for your Silverstone PSU? How old is the unit? Did you perform any upgrades to the system? What are you using to cool the CPU?
