My computer keeps crashing

HI my name is Matt that and every time my computer turns on it crashes after a trying to download or play a game on it. I believe it is the cpu because I put the error into a debugging website and the problem came out as (GENUINE INTEL) what that means I have no idea can someone please help me


My build is
Alienware aurora r3 with a amd rx480 8 gig gpu and I also have a 250 gig ssd I recently bought

I added a ssd but that shouldn't be the problem

Oh and the error code is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Can you upload a BSOD minidump file or two and share a link to it? It should be in C/Windows/Minidump

Actually I believe I found the issue

My serial ata controller doesn't have a driver

You have any idea how to fix that?

That's the issue lmao sorry but I have no idea how to fix it you have any ideas?

If it's a prebuilt the the same Windows install it came with then it should already have the ability to handle SATA drives. Are you getting exclamation marks in device manager?

I tried to update it and it says it's up to date

Try updating the chipset drivers.
