My computer keeps Freezes and sometimes turns off

My computer started doing this after I changed cases, and I have tried doing things such as changing GPU's and changing OS. But non of that has worked.

Specs:
Intel Core i5 - 4570
8GB RAM
128GB SSD + 1tb HDD
R9 270x (tried with GTS 250 aswell)
Windows 7 / 8

what are the cases that you switched from and to?

Brands of said specs? PSU Wattage?

Zalman Z3 to Corsair 230T

8GB - Corsair LP 1600MHz
R9 270x - XFX
SSD - Crucial M500 HDD - WD Blue
Corsair CX 600W

any error messages or Blue screens?

Nope, the screen just freezes or sometimes it says no signal thats it. Never had any error messages
