[SOLVED] My computer keeps freezing and flickering after changing motherboards and CPU

So I upgraded my setup, which now has:

Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
GTX 750ti
B450 Aorus Pro Wifi Motherboard
16GB DDR4 RAM

I recently upgraded my motherboard and processor. After that, my computer starts to freeze at random times and flicker with the screen turning on and off continuously. And this is not even under heavy load. My computer was idle when it happens.

I installed both upgrades myself and I'm worried if I did something wrong. It boots up fine but after that it starts having problems.

My PSU is SILVERSTONE600W STRIDER ESSENTIAL 80 PLUS 230V EU

And no, I haven't done a fresh OS install. Is it necessary?

A freesh windows install is recommended with such an upgrade.
At minimum You should install your drivers: Motherbd & gpu.

Install the Chipset driver, then the GPU, followed by the Lan & Audio drivers.

I'll try to do a fresh install then. Since my GPU is still Nvidia's, the AMD chipset is not compatible with it.
