[SOLVED] My Computer Keeps Freezing Randomly

Hi,
For the past few days, my custom built PC has kept on freezing randomly and you cannot do anything, you cant ALT + F4 it or ALT + TAB all you can do is press the power button and after you do that and login again, it will repeat the freezing process.

Specs
Processor: AMD FX-8350
Motherboard: GA-LMT-78 USB 3 R2
PSU: EVGA 500W
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 2G LP
Ram: Patriot Memory 8 GB 1600 mhz
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Please help, it keeps on happening after 30-40 minutes of use after hard restarting. I don't think this has anything to do with Temperatures, since it will happen even if im not doing anything.

Look in Event Viewer and Reliability History/Manager.

Very likely to find some error codes or warnings being logged around the time of the freezes.

Thanks for the response, but all the events and history included was the unexpected shutdown, instead of something that wasn't working.

After another hard restart/shutdown, I deleted Avast since and error from its application kept on occuring, and now it hasn't frozen in about 2 hours. I believe I fixed the problem. Thanks for contributing!
