My computer keeps on freezing

Hello internet!
My pc:
Amd FX-8350
Msi 970 gaming motherboard
8gb HyperX fury ddr3
Msi GeForce GTX 970 4G
620w seasonic psu

So the problem is that when I'm playing games and sometimes even when browsing the internet my computer just freezes (ctrl alt del not working or anything) and I have to restart my whole PC. So this has been happening quite a lot recently, once or twice a day. I dont have my CPU overclocked and I have my GPU set to the Silent mode from MSI:s software.

What is the exact model of your psu?
Maybe you could try to do a clean install of windows

Start your PC. Download the latest drivers for all your parts including BIOS. Install them>Enter BIOS put everything on default>Restart and try doing something on your PC like watching Youtube (I'm guessing it freezes alot during Youtube). If it happens again, the nest option would be a clean format and install of Windows.
