Question My computer keeps shutting down while gaming ?

My keyboard mouse and monitor all shut off while gaming. before they shut off i hear a repeating noise of the last thing i hear like a lagging type. Then it shuts off but the lights on my pc stay on I've tried resolving the issue through youtube but nothing seems to work

My spec:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700G CPU
AMD Radeon RX 6700XT
16GB Memory
1TB SSD
Motherboard is ASRock b550am gaming
and idk the psu all i know is that its an 800 watt
