full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920
Installed RAM 8.00 GB
GPU: Nvidia gtx 1050
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
psu: pemtium model:500u

this also happens when i play games like 2k17 and etc older games that my pc should be able to run but it crashes sometimes it goes to the blue screen that says your pc ran into some problems and needs to restart soon sometimes it just straight up freezes

test with a different psu?
old system usually is the psu or the motherboard.
I don’t have a different psu but now it boots up but I can sign in because both the keyboard and mouse do not move even though they’re fine idk what’s gonna happen next

get a quality psu. if that doesn't fix it. then it is your motherboard or other old components.
unless you can get replacement free or really cheap. get a new system and use that new psu.

My keyboard works in bios so is it really my motherboard?

so it will boot up now?

doesn't take much to boot to bios.

what the storage?
I think my drive is like 120gb and last I checked had 30 gb free space and the pc has 6 6gb ram in it and It’s boots up now and goes to the sign in screen but I can’t sign in because the keyboard and mouse don’t work but keyboard works in bios

so you did reinstall windows? test with all the usb port?
Yes I reinstall windows from my local files the pc boots up to sign in menu but mouse and keyboard don’t work so I can sign in and even though they’re perfectly fine so are the usb ports ive researched and seen that people had similar issues and were able to solve it by reinstalling windows from a usb drive
