My computer keeps turning on when I turn it off

I have this gaming pc
so today I had a problem with my pc so I turned the power supply switch off to shut mu coumputer down but then after switching the power supply botton on my pc turns on its own on, then now Iam trying to shut my pc down it doesn't let me it boots back up, I looked every where for a solution but there is none useful
right now I have my power supply switch off when I turn it on it boots my pc up
please help me I need to tx it

going off of what you have said, I would personally assume that its a power regulatory glitch in the mobo, assuming you havent switch your power switch cable with your reset cable. What I have done to fix computers with your issue in the past is power it off completely "unplug it"
then open your case up pull your ram sticks and set them on something metal and thats grounded without power going through it. "to discharge any static in the ram" then pull your cmos "the watch battery looking thing on your mobo" let everything set for like 1 minute or 2 literally 60 seconds or so then piece it back together and see if that resolves your issue. also be careful not to touch the contacts on the ram and if you do notice and discoloration "oil...
