Question My Computer Randomly Restarts

My computer Crashes once a day in less than 2 hours of switching it on, Then it's fine for the rest of the day. This has been happening for 2 years.

8gb RAM

Asrock motherboard

100GB SSD

1TB HDD

2 side fans, 1 front, and back

Yes, I have tried that many times. also formatting, nothing worked

Does your BIOS need an update? Do you have any bent pins on the CPU? if not the two possible faulty parts could be either MOBO or PSU
