Question My computer reboots after launching certain games and has bad performance in others

Hey, I just built my new gaming PC and have played with it for a few weeks. After I tried overclocking my CPU today I decided to revert back to my default settings. Then I tried launching PUBG and my monitor went blank and my computer rebooted. I then tried CS:GO but had seriously bad frame drops, which I didn't have before. I once launched Prime95 and after a few seconds it did the same thing when launching PUBG, but later when my PC had been shut down for about 5 minutes it didn't crash after about 10 minutes of working and then I stopped it.

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X
Motherboard: Msi MPG X570 Gaming Edge Wifi
GPU: EVGA RTX 2060 BLACK
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 2x8GB 3200MHz
PSU: Corsair RM750x
CPU cooler: Corsair H100i RGB Platinum
SSD: Corsair Force MP510 480GB
HDD: Seagate ST1000DM003
Windows 10 pro 64bit

I hope someone can help me whit this and please ask any questions that might help you help me

Yeah that was the first thing i checked, there was no issue with temps, I actually fixed it by reseting my pc, don't know why but that fixed it
