My computer resets randomly every time im play games

This problem has been start for a few hours now and i dont know how i can fix this. Please help

my gpu temp goes a around 50-60 degrees Celsius and my cpu is around 40 degrees Celsius.

The most common problem is driver compatibility - do you have the most current drivers installed for your operating system?

GPU & CPU temps seem good - I don't think they are the issue.

Update your drivers (especially for the GPU) from the manufacturer's website. Give that a shot....

What is the brand and model of the power supply unit? If there is insufficient +12V rail capacity then you can get spontaneous reboots without any warning.

Windows' Control Panel ===> Administrative Tools ===> Event Viewer ---> Windows Logs ---> System

Error events are shown with a white exclamation mark in a red circle.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
